Thankfully nowhere near as universal as it was in the early 1900s and the 70s. Man, they were everywhere back then. It seems like whenever there’s some kooky lefty ‘rebellion against the status quo’ they wind up spawning some people that actually wind up embracing it harder than the conservatives they rebelled against in the first place, just for reasons of ‘sociology’ over religion.

Oh man alive I am so glad this forum exists. ;<; I was keeping to myself on a private blog of how much I was despising every minute of PP and her followers’ outright moronic antics. I was especially amused when someone brought up comparing all this to witch hunts considering a friend and I compared PP similar to Abigail Williams of The Crucible.
 
Additionally, same friend and I also recently compared her to that of Jerry Springer: as long as PP can pull whatever she can find in order to bring out the quote-on-quote “worst” in humanity, she’ll make a show of it and then give her little “Final Word” at the end to say she doesn’t condone so that everything is peachy-keen.
