Yes you can, these are short side/backstories that happen during the events of the first season. One can only assume it follows everything mentioned in the comic, for the sake of story consistency.  
also they are sisters, tatsumaki is Fubuki’s bigger sister

I loved watching One Punch man. The characters are so cute and lovable, the humour was great and it even tore my heart strings. I never expected to like it so much to be honest. I just love the way it takes the micky out of other animes. That is probably my fav part about it. Also the action scenes are the best I have EVER seen! What do you guys think?

I never thought “cute and lovable” would be used to describe OPM characters, but ok

2 things on the dub. It’s definitely confirmed and Ben Diskin will be involved in it. He’s most likely the voice for Saitama.
