Oh shit son
RIP Suiryu
Though frankly, I wish he would be at awakened Garou’s level, so that he can at least dodge a few punches.

So it was brought to my attention thanks to the OPM reddit, the fight with Boros vs saitama would have probably gone veeeery different if Boros had just kicked saitama into straight point blank space instead of on the moon.

Correct, though it wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t exactly into the Moon, as the Moon’s gravity would have pulled him in anyway. But if the moon was really far away then yeah he’d be fucked.. if he wasnt at escape velocity then he’d have to wait until either the earth’s gravity pulled him back in or he somehow orbited back.
Thankfully he landed on the moon, but without knowing exactly where to aim, the hard part would have been getting himself exactly back to Boros’ ship.

Honestly though If Boros hadn’t hit him to the moon too I feel he’d probably have flew way far past the Moon anyway even for it’s gravity to pull him in.
But the thing I’m thinking on his how long could he have held his breath. the only thing Saitama seems to not be able to do is breath in space judging how he had to pinch his nose and such. Kind of like Goku in that he’s super strong but if he’s stuck out in space he’s kind of screwed.

All the air would have instantly escaped his lungs through his nose the moment he left the atmosphere, it was pretty pointless to hold his nose at that point, unless he was already holding his breath with his glottis.

Saitama stated (i.e. thought) in the manga that he would have to hold his breath while he was on the Moon, so he can’t breathe in space.
Saitama could have theoretically flung himself back to Earth by using Newton’s laws, either by blowing his breath out strongly or by throwing a glove or boot.
