Here we go again.
Windows update locking people out of their computers
The update forces Windows into restarting in the Bitlocker recovery screen, and people who forgot, or don’t have a key to unlock it are completely screwed. I checked my 2 computers, and both say Bitlocker is stopped, and must be ran manually (i don’t remember setting it up when I made this desktop), so I’m not sure if i’m ok or not. I have no keys backed up to my Microsoft account (and I couldn’t anyway because my free Onedrive account is full, and I’m planning on unlinking this PC from it because I’ve had it with Onedrive).

Oh yeah, I’ve heard of those shows. I managed to catch the odd episode of Charmed back in the day. Never watched Beverly Hills, 90210 though.

YouTuber Alex Choi is facing 10 years of jail time over his 4th of July fireworks stunt using a helicopter and a Lamborghini in the middle of nowhere.

Seriously tho? 10 years for the punishment of doing jackass things? That amount of time should be reserved for those legitimate societal threat criminal scums out there.

That isn’t a nudge or a light nuzzle. Horse necks are absurdly strong and it pushed her out if its comfort zone with enough force to completely unbalance her.

Not that the horse did anything wrong, mind, just be aware the thing wasn’t just sniffing or petting her, it wanted her out of its personal space (and it’s trained, so it didn’t make a big deal out if it).

The fact that the guy didn’t provide a statement is what I found weird.

California does have “castle doctrine”, with the exception of if the intruder was already fleeing (ie. no longer a threat).

But that’s the sort of context clickbaiters like to leave out.

In some cases, they ended up buying someone alive.
This is why it’s crucial to have access to better methods of determining if someone is alive or not
