Landed on the moon, thanks to Musk I fully expect to see a self-sustaining colony on Mars in my lifetime, complete with regular interplanetary travel, and my own life goals involve a key enabling technology to colonizing habitable worlds in distant star systems…
 
People killing each other and doing other terrible things is pay for the course in nature, so when humans do it, it’s like, “okay, this is basically subsaharan Africa (Or any other example of nature). Grats.”
 
But humans add something nature doesn’t: amazing achievements like space exploration, internet, technology in general. Beautiful shared dreams like MLP. And most of all, a way for the universe to know itself in a deeper way. Nature doesn’t do that.

The great thing about me is that I hate people in general, as a species even, but I give individuals a chance no matter what flavor they are. Good people, like assholes, are fortunately universal across the human diaspora.

There is zero - absolutely zero - attempt to make featured images about anything other than “unnoticed but still remarkable images and artists”.
 
Your attempts to statistically model the sexual preferences of the staff, or to somehow prove that there’s a secret plot to promote a sexual orientation in the featured images, are getting very tiresome and is utterly unrelated to this beautiful image. If you want to continue doing an in-depth numerical analysis of the site or the staff, make a forum post for it.

I have forgotten that the images have to be safe to be featured. Checking again I got 1828 safe gay images, and 18990 safe lesbian images, those numbers seem to show that the mods aren’t really biased (it’s about 1 safe gay image for 10 safe lesbian images so, while there’s less than 20 featured lesbian images, the gay featured images would be probably between 0~2). Yet with 19724 straight safe images and only 7 straight safe images, the straights really seem to be under represented here.
 
As there’s only 340 featured images, maybe there isn’t sufficient data points for a statistical experiment.

There don’t seem to be a predominantly straight result in the featured images (17 lesbian + 1 gay > 7 straight), or by straight you are including lesbian, as male straight like lesbian images?
