Check this out. This is a sketch by Stalin of a political opponent he had killed. It’s pretty fucking good, and I like it a lot. The fact that Stalin was a despot worse than Hitler does not detract from this sketch being a damn good sketch.
 
So Ted Anderson could be drowning kittens inside wells for all I care, it wouldn’t detract from the comics. The quality of the art is independent of the quality of the artist.

I dunno, I started to slow down on the comics after Reflections came out, it just left a very sour taste in my mouth.
 
I mean, I liked FF3 too, but after I learned that Ted Anderson was a SJW, it became really hard to enjoy it…

I’m guessing you’ve enjoyed some issues since FF#1, since otherwise that would be, what, a year spending time doing something that doesn’t give you pleasure. (And personally, I thought FF#1 was OK, though I suspect the coloring really dragged the art down.)

The fuck you talking about? The reason why I dislike them so much nowdays is because I used to love them, they used to be GOOD, I used to read them and think to myself “Well, I had a good time”. Nowdays it seems I can’t read one without being glad that I didn’t get pissed. The Chrysalis arc (sans ending), the Celestia micro, Art of the Gazebo, the Rarity micro, the Pinkie Pie micro, hell I even liked FF#1, and everybody else fucking hated that one.
 
And yeah, sometimes the Megaman comics get things wrong, nothing is perfect. The arcs centered around the first two games were quite rushed, the upcoming crossover between Sonic and Megaman resulted in one issue being wasted on introducing characters that would be used in the crossover in a kinda slapshot way and an interruption of what was a pretty dramatic fight scene, and the issues between the attack of Break Man and Spiritus Ex Machina are mostly pointless. I’m sure I could find more flaws if I read into the comic a bit more.

Opinions aren’t the same thing as “fact.”  
While I admit the Megaman comic isn’t bad, it’s not something I’d read over, and over again, or subscribe to. I don’t consider it the “best” all-ages comic ever made. (Nor do I MLP:FiM either for that matter.)
 
The way you come off however is the MLP comic is “bad” no matter what they do it seems, while the Megaman comic is infallible.  
I can admit, I found a few MLP comics a bit dull, but is there anything in them you ever liked? (Just curious.) Also, was there ever anything in the Megaman comic you didn’t like?

That’s because it is. Archie Comics Megaman treats it’s readership with fucking respect, it know when to throw in humor, it know when to be dramatic, and it knows when to just have a good action sequence. My argument is that with a comic that good existing, My Little Pony has no fucking excuse to be this godamn sloppy.
 
I’m not asking for it to be AS good as Archie Comics Megaman, but Jesus fuck at least make the effort.

I wasn’t complaining about it, (I admit I thought Air Man’s reference was funny) I was just curious if he hated it to, sense he seems to be easily-annoyed by anything that happens in the MLP comic, and I saw him gushing over how much “better” the Megaman comic is on other images related to the MLP comic.
 
I feel MM has a different more slightly serious anime-ish style to it. So it’s kinda hard for me to compare it to MLP really. So let’s not turn this into a Megaman VS MLP debate… (Which especially, will get ugly on a brony site that it’s fair share of old-school gamers.)

And really, why are you pulling the “Would you do it better” card? I’m not a writer, I barely read things, I’m not paid to do what they do. It’s the equivalent of asking me to cook a food myself if I think that the restaurant that I went to has shitty food. I may not be able to do a better job, but I am also not getting paid either.

OK OK, I see your point.  
Then, how would you write the story using the same summarized plot?  
Surely, it must have its funny events to make the readers enjoy, a little bit of evil to create the conflict and the conflict itself that keeps readers wondering how it will end.  
Then, you gotta put some lore in it to make sense, characterization to make it interesting and something completely new to spice it up.
 
I admit, the comic was written kinda bad. Did this ever bother me? Of course it did! Do I have my own opinions on how this can be better? Yes!
 
Does it make me mad? Not so much.

Airman in that comic was an overconfident blowhard, even if you didn’t know about the meme, it still made sense in-character. Here, the entire comic is derailed for a stupid pun.
