My theory/headcanon on this is that Sombra-3 is a full on Alicorn due to the whole wise benevolence thing, while Sombra-Prime went with the Voldermort School of Immortality (AKA shit Sombra-3 would never do, leaving Alicornification as his only alternative).

All these comments about Celestia X Sombra seem to be overshadowing something more important.
 
If Celestia was visiting Sombra a thousand years ago and he’s still the ruler of Equestria-3, then something has enabled him to prolong his life and vitality substantially. It might be magic similar to what Star Swirl used, but that seemed to have its limits (Star Swirl may have extended his life but he wasn’t able to maintain his youth).
 
Perhaps Sombra and Celestia are similar in more ways than being rulers of a nation. Ever wondered what’s under that red cape besides a cutie mark? And why is “Alicorn Magic” and Sombra’s magic so similar in color?

I would suggest you think a bit more before you comment.  
Rule #7 in its current state just means you need to do [spoiler]YOUR RATING-BREAKING THING HERE[/spoiler] when you talk about (or show an image of), for example, rape on images that aren’t suggestive/questionable/explicit/grimdark or (not for the fluttershies among you) being strangled with your own intestines on images that aren’t grotesque and grimdark.

Well, I suppose I exaggerated. There’s the Fallout fandom and then there’s “No Mutants Allowed.” For a long time, NMA they were the only organized group of fans for the Fallout series, and then once Fallout 3 was a thing, they went apeshit.
 
They hate its very existence, picking apart every detail and searching for every bug and minor complaint (nevermind that it took years of fan patching to make the original games back to playable as F3 on release) and associated “they changed it, it sucks” stuff. NMM also despise the fact that everyone else has poor enough taste to say it was “pretty fucking great,” “super-immersive,” “game of the year and people have literally been shunned off the website for saying they enjoyed Fallout 3.
 
In a delicious form of irony, Fallout New Vegas was released (to less critical acclaim) and they loved it, despite pretty much being 85% the same, simply because it was being worked on by people who made the original ones).

@Poptard Wait, Fallout fandom? Do tell, this is entirely news to me, unless you mean the (soon to have been justified) rage against Bethesda…For probably the buggiest fallout to date, hahaha. Most the ones I know were completely pacified by New Vegas though even though it technically didn’t advance the overall world all that much.
