We Will Be Adored - Part 63 - Page 1/?

This episode is taking a while to make for a number of reasons, so I’m posting the first page now, as a teaser, and to make sure you all know that I’m still alive and working on the comic. :) It’ll probably be a couple of weeks before the next page comes out.

If you’re curious as to why it’s taking so long, a big part of it is that this episode is long (It may end up being longer than the nine pages stated in the comic header), and has a lot of props and environments, as well as a lot of dialogue. Don’t worry, it has sexy times! But I generally don’t start releasing an episode until I have all of the pages at least roughed out.

And I love that idea. She’s confident in her element; winemaking and the wine business. But this is not her element. So the idea of her awkwardly trying to “woo woo” behind Adagio, while wearing a dress that she feels is about 15-20 years too young for her is frigging adorable.

Does such a thing exist? It sounds atrocious. Give me classics like Jimmy Cliff or Bob Marley instead.

I’m going to guess Ruby is singing Blondie’s Heart of Glass, since she probably likes older songs.

Adagio singing a Stones song makes me wonder if those are part of the Dazzling’s usual performances, and if so does Sonata sing Merry Clayton’s part in Gimme Shelter?

Hmm. Not sure how good of a job you managed there. Zooming in, the resolution is helping a bit to by slightly blurring the letters, but Adagio’s finger is only covering the logo, and just the last couple letters in “Daniels” are hidden by the bottle itself. :-\ Maybe you should have rotated the bottle, oh, 45° clockwise? Not sure what that would bring into view, but it’s a thought.

Well, the lyrics on the screen mention Discord. But the Sirens too might be the stuff of legends. Perhaps the song about the Lorelei that they have sung in the past was written long ago about them. :)
