-Twilight Sparkle Rules Equestria with Spike as her advisor, and has taken Starlight and Sunburst’s daughter (pay attention to Luster’s cute mark) as her pupil.  
-Ponka married Weird Al Yankovik, effectivelly fullfiling the prophecy.  
-Like it or not, Fluttershy seems to be married with Discord. Why else she would move to his Dimension if she didn’t intend to spend time there and her animal shelter? Also Angel Bunny hinted this fact by mocking Flutters when he possesed her body….Which might be true since we have all told our deepest secrets to our pets because they will never say a word to anybody…unless they switch bodies with you.  
-Going back to Party Pone, she has a daughter that appears to be the age of the CMC’s when the show started, around 10 years old, which means that the time-gap between The Legion Of Doom battle and this episode might be around 15 years, give or take.  
-Its never specified if Rarity and Spike ended as an official couple, but seems unlikely. Apparently Rarity is married with her work.  
-Of all the mares arriving at the Friendship Council, only Applejack and Rainbow Dash arrived together, but it seems to be a catch: when they arrived they were discussing about “going to places together” and “doing the chores of the other”, even more; pay attention to R.D’s hoof, how is tenderly resting over Applejack’s head. They ended as a lesbian couple in the group.  
-Applejack is wearing Granny Smith’s bandana, which implies that Granny has long passed since.  
-Twilight will definitelly live to see her friends die one after the other.

I’m already starting to look like those ponies at that age on the inside, even though I’m only turning 29 in two months.

He literally cries about not being treated as a third Sparkle child in ep 200. Plus, they are never mentioned in Father Knows Beast. The biggest thing was Velvet and Night Light not inviting him on the family vacation, showing that they consider Cadance a bigger part of the family than him. (Plus, Spike specifically calls them “your parent” not “our parents”
 
My assumption was that he was raised at the castle and the Sparkle parents didn’t know him that well as a result, but then ep 200 happens and left a lot of unfortunate questions.

I didn’t care about her immortality in 2013 and I certainly don’t care now. It’s only logical. I loved the finale!
 
My only gripe is that Spike never really got a backstory. It would have been nice to know where his egg came from or why Velvet and Night Light didn’t treat him as part of the family (despite helping raise him).

Considering the timeskip (which is about 20 years as far I understand) technically the Mane 6 would be on their 40s, while Spike would be already on his 30s.
