Please stop spreading this “necroposting” bullshit. There’s NO “bumping” when it comes to images (images aren’t (and can’t be) sorted by “most recent comment date, newest to oldest”). There’s no reason why new people who saw the image shouldn’t comment (image doesn’t stop existing just because it’s been uploaded last year). Images also aren’t technical questions from users (technical questions most likely already were resolved after a year, while image is still an image after an year). If don’t like notifications, unsubscribe from this image immediately. You are blindly repeating this “necroposting” dogma, when you don’t even know reasons for that, and why those reasons doesn’t even apply here.

I would recommend to watch ‘em all. At least read wiki recap, so you won’t be one of those people who ask “durr, who is this rock-loving Earth Pony? guhh, why there’s a griffon wearing Cutie Mark Crusader cape?”. Basically “I’m out of the loop by my own fault, so spoon-feed me information”
