I feel like threads are allowed to get a little bit off topic.  
Sometimes the deviation can lead to great badge ideas. Don’t think you have to be this anal when it comes to off topic stuff honestly

i agree 100%. we shouldn’t derail too much, of course, but it’s fun to let loose every now and again. we’ll clam up if someone comes along with legit badge discussion.
