Trump announces task force to ‘eradicate anti-Christian bias’: https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5130103-trump-national-prayer-breakfast-religious-discrimination-task-force-anti-christian-bias/While I’m in the White House, we will protect Christians in our schools, in our military, in our government, in our workplaces, hospitals and in our public squares,” he said. “And we will bring our country back together as one nation under God.” Trump said he would establish a presidential commission on religious liberty that “will work tirelessly to uphold this most fundamental right.” The president also said he would sign an executive order to make Attorney General Pam Bondi the head** of a task force to “eradicate anti-Christian bias.”** The task force will aim to stop “all forms of anti-Christian targeting and discrimination within the federal government,” Trump said.Hey where’s that AlanMeneses guy talking so much about guardrails and all? I got a hell of a bone to pick with him.
Ironic. Trump talks of his desire to cut federal waste yet here he is creating an “agency” that’ll most likely exists to give kickbacks

I grew up in a heavily Christian household and my mom is one of the most religious people you can meet. She’s regularly flabbergasted that people seriously think Trump is a man of God
Meanwhile, my mother thinks the world of a man with 34 felonies to his name, and she reads almost daily…
Bishop Budde is probably the only religious figure that I respect

The judge involved in the Alex Jones’ case has blocked another buyout settlement agreement, protecting Jones once again.
Like last time they said it was “unfair” to the families harmed by Jones, but like last time it was the families who agreed to it just so they can finally end this 13~ year long nightmare, especially since Jones was convicted and has been dodging payments for like 3 years now.

Some don’t call themselves Christians because they believe in the teachings of Christ. Some join because that’s simply how they were brought up.

The Dept of Graft Efficiency got $7M for a week of spending.
Oh, is that what it stands for? And here I’ve been referring to it as the Destruction of Government Entirely.

It’s still damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t. If he does finally kick the bucket, we still have Vance, Elon, and Project 2025 will probably accelerate even faster. If he doesn’t, well, see what’s happening now, for the next four years.

And if Vance is kept in the dark, than him and Musk would likely be at each other’s throats, trying to claim presidency.

A Vance presidency will be even less effective than the current Trump presidency and there’ll probably be even more bad blood between him and Musk. Whether either of those would be good is up for debate

I mean, them being too busy fighting would be good for the rest, especially if it causes the party to split between Vance or Musk.

I still think this is more preferable.
Not just for the various competence related issues, but just for the fact that I do believe Vance would damage America less both domestically and internationally.
Like, Vance doesn’t have any beliefs. He’ll just say and do whatever Thiel programs him to do. But at least that lack of beliefs/puppeteering means that unlike Trump his first knee jerk reaction to anything isn’t to worsen American stability.

Not only that, but how the Dems would respond. Best case they start immediately hammering out what they can during the chaos, worst case being them shrugging and going home.

Netanyahu met with Trump in DC the other day. Netanyahu gifted Trump with a golden pager.
Israel now has the chance to do the biggest power play in history, especially since everyone knows America won’t do a single thing in response.
