Dracula, Dead and Loving It. Massively underrated, IMO. It had the bad luck to come out at a time when people wanted gross-out comedy like dumb and dumber, but if you’re a fan of classic vampire tropes, it’s got a lot going for it.

I did my first poster of Rainbow Rocks.

Rainbow rocks was a movie I hadn’t seen… but the musical themes and art that came from it are honestly amazing. I love that they went with a Battle of the Bands Theme that fits the setting super well, along side the use of Sirens as an antagonist.
I also like how so many characters have gotten art, or got to have scenes that give them instruments.

I still like how each siren represents a different style that went with a decade.

Adagio really does have the 80’s hair style.

Sonata looks more 90’s.

Aria I would say 2000’s.
(Although those 2 are a bit interchangeable).

I am going to make a point of getting something drawn for this event tonight. Probably just doodle one of the siren girls. I’ve not drawn anything for months and I’m out of practice.

I am not an artist myself, but this does explain the sudden increase in EQG art. I must admit that I do find things funny.. there was the period of time when everything was being made into ponies.. and upon EQG’s expanding popularity it became the ponies becoming other things. A most interesting 360 degree turn in pony art patterns.. only expanded further by the MLP movie later still that brought in other animal races.

I’m new to this forum… but let’s give it a try!

One man band featuring my OC on the stage from the movie. My apologies if the quality is not up to par, I’m not the best artist in the world and I’m still learning, I hope this is acceptable.

Actually drawn my own entry, (just a doodle of ponied up Sonata Dusk) but it still needs colour.

Should be up on here tomorrow if I take a pic with my phone, to be updated with a proper scanned pic on Friday if my scanner still works (not been used since the community collab).

Here’s my entry! I really like how it came out, Aria’s hairstyle is honestly harder to translate to pony form than I thought ^-
