I’m not sure, I don’t count the comics

My idea is that Equestria’s equivalent of the Roman Empire has already passed.

My problem is that I wonder if the Pegasi took their homeland and pushed it to Equestria (you know since their homeland is made of clouds) and built upon it over time, maybe the cloud houses might look more Victorian-like at this moment, as for the weather factory maybe it was a relatively recent building since the victorian era is the industrial revolution so maybe that could work?

I don’t know if it showed in the show or not, but it might take a lot of Pegusi’s power to move an entire city. Maybe they just move parts? Who knows

Maybe since it could have been around since Granny Smith’s time, it’s been around for longer, and I see that they have some Roman-inspired structures, so I can have it as a mix of Roman buildings but also Victorian buildings because of the time setting but more cloud-like.

It’s my story and I’m basing it on speculation and assumption but again I’m sure it’s been around for a long time

Does anyone know any good animation programs that are a one time preaches and not a monthly payment, and not too difficult to work with? I draw on my PC so apps that are only on tablets are not helpful.

If you like or draw pixel art, Aseprite is pretty good, though general animation programs, I’m not sure. Though ive heard people using Clipstudio or medibang and compiling layers to make animations like that.
