I weirdly agree with both ya’ll but it’s not like we ever see Shining seriously training that much either
I respectfully call bullshit; Shiny is the captain of the royal guard, and one does not become captain by being physically unfit.
The scenario here should be reversed; we don’t really see Cadence exercising often. She doesn’t get to be automatically the best at everything with no training, even better than someone who does train, just because she’s an alicorn. That’s not how it works.
