I respectfully call bullshit; Shiny is the captain of the royal guard, and one does not become captain by being physically unfit.


 
The scenario here should be reversed; we don't really see Cadence exercising often. She doesn't get to be automagtically fthe best at everything with no training, even better than someone who *does* train, just because she's an alicorn. That's not how it works.
