No, not really. It’s just that eunuchs (men who’ve been castrated) usually live longer than men who keep their balls, so it’s believed that testosterone does something that harms longevity.
I’m not really sure, honestly. I just remember seeing something about it a couple years ago, I don’t really recall very many of the details on it.

With castration, your libido and testosterone levels drop, (which, at least theoretically, helps you live a bit longer than guys who aren’t eunuchs) and you can still piss standing up.
