Oh, I know as much, it’s just that no one seemed to find it worthy of mention that it was happening right there on panel.
cupid aka “the choosing stone” has been plotting to escape his stone prison and take over the world, and to do so, is overloading the area with magic, making ponies go nuts over their special talent. anon being a human is a magic sponge, so anything he touches gets drained back to normal. so if anon ever starts to look colorful, it means he’s full of magic, and about to go nuclear.
Does anyone else see Silky gradually turning grey-ish from the point of contact with Anon? Because it seems like she’s heading to the style of the first few pages in just a few panels more.

But that would be silly; everyone knows the Reptilians inside the Hollow Earth are ravenous carnivores and would’ve hunted the unicorns to extinction ages ago.
Well, They did say the Unicorns were hidden from the humans. And the man in the lower left panel of >>1139456 with the eyebeams seems to be wearing a more modern outfit with leather jacket type style. So we could theorize that, as humans gained magical powers, they adapted to different styles and outfits.
I mean, we already have people dressing up in fantasy outfits. You telling me you wouldn’t expect people who gained magic powers to also dress up like fantasy heroes?

Yes. There is literally nothing more important at this moment than discussing the historical possibilities that were exposited roughly a year ago in a fan comic based on a show about magical talking ponies. ಠ_ಠ Literally. Nothing.

I mean, the existence of unicorns and the outfits and what looks like a short sword in that, uh, flashback, for want of a better word, kinda seem to indicate against Equestria having once been our Earth…
So the only wiggle room for the Equestria = Earth hypothesis would really be in the history as told being incorrect.
But that falls squarely into the pure speculation category for now.

Judging by the story so far, those bones have been there for millennia. Probably an ancient mausoleum/ossuary type of part of the temple.

Also, I’m pretty sure that the cult is secretly hiding ancient human tools in working condition (primarily an old iPhone at full charge, a car with a full gas tank, and an ak-47 with five magazines and plenty of ammo).
