This is your first encounter with fan art, I’m assuming…
So long as it isn’t “briny deeps”. Again.
Or with their mouths not nearly as popped out.
Looks more like mid guffaw.
You didn’t see a truly derped pony face.
pony berserker will learn to draw ponies who aren’t always sticking out their tongues, one of these days.
damn I need to rewatch that episode.
also I might have a few lobotomies to reverse.
Yeah, but by now too much time has passed and Starlight’s not a good enough actress to have kept up the ruse that long.
It would’ve worked if it was the season opener.
Or maybe a different her from an alternate timeline.
Ah, it was Darth Bane. That does explain a lot actually.
It was logical for the time being, but it wasn’t gonna work nearly as well.
I’m hardly knowledgeable about the greater Star Wars mythos but that seemed like the most logical reason.
And according to a quick search I wasn’t that far off.
You raise a good point too since apparently that’s what happened.
That I’m not entirely sure about. I’ll be honest, I know more about the old republic era than I do about the rise of the Empire. But that would make sense. Sith are often fighting each other. Some even have good intentions, and use the light side of the force, which caused even more tension among them. I can see why they would have only two Sith at a time, but again, it isnt practical. If one decides to turn against the other, then the Empire crumbles to the ground. It’s exactly what happened in Return of the Jedi when Vader threw Sidious off the platform. The Empire took a nearly unrecoverable blow. And unless you like Disney’s new canon and ignore the EU stories, they didn’t pose a threat for several years until Dark Jedi (like Desaan) rose to power.
Wasn’t that rule to put an end to the constant powerplays, backstabbing and infighting going on between the Sith?
Well, my opinion remains. Even if he didn’t make it, I still don’t like the rule nor do I like Sidious. Now, Lord Vitiate/Valkorion from The Old Republic…that’s one badass emperor.
Whichever Sith made that rule obviously didn’t realize that having only 2 Sith at any given time had disastrous consequences in the end. If one turns against the other? That’s it. The Sith empire gets destroyed.
I think it was some other sith that made that rule, after a whole bunch got wasted.

your current filter. The Rule of Two is a very poor rule that I believe isnt really an important part of the universe. Given that miraculously, before and after Palpatine’s rule, there could be hundreds to thousands of Sith at one time, and at least 8 or so were on the dark council. This is why I don’t really like Palpatine. He didn’t do anything that hadn’t already been done before, and he made rules that were honestly just there for plot convenience. Just my silly opinion though. :P
Edited
If true then she has violated the Rule of Two.
Its what I would have done. She had the element of surprise and 5 mind controlled ponies. Revenge would be so easy.
Forcing Twilight to harm her own friends or siccing her own friends on her would be better than what most finale villains have done.
That’s just my thoughts though :D
