While Twilight Kinda had something similar on her wrists for the majority of the movie, [But not during the archery part.] Hers seem different from Sunny’s since they lack the buttons and screen that hers have. Twilight’s are blank aside from a single Diamond shaped jewel or cufflink~  
Also Sunny’s look thicker, while Twilight’s look like part of the sleeve~

Sunny’s from the Fallout universe, and her father sent her to this universe so she wouldn’t have to endure the hardships of the Wastelands.

I still want to know why do the shadowbolt’s uniforms come with pipboy like things in their arms, and i mean in universe not here where it is a literal pipboy
