It does not make sense to me why you’d even bring up your “USA freedom of speech”, because you’re essentially asking for censorship in the same post, but to explain some kindergarten-level knowledge your government clearly fails to explain to you: these do not apply in private businesses, especially ones that are not even in the US jurisdiction, they only apply in government-run facilities and in public government-owned places (e.g. street). Derpibooru is privately owned, and is a service we grant you access to based on our terms. We have the right to not grant you said service for any reason whatsoever.

To quote Wikipedia:

You all need a higher standard & the “filter” thing is a cop out. Seriously, it is. I’m using my USA right with the 1st Amendment here & free speech. You need to do a better job with the site & some of the garbage that is posted here.

As head staff of the site in charge of hiring new staff members, that’s why you’re not staff.

P.S: use your filters to filter content you do not like, that’s why we have them

For some reason, the image link thing, won’t work.

A question to mods here, why don’t you do a better job at vetting images, why allow images that do nothing to enhance the site or do anything positive for it? Images like the one there, are trash. I’m sorry, not trying to be mean or hateful here, but, if I was on staff or a mod, it’d be gone to quote Rainbow Dash in 10 seconds flat or sooner. Since g4 ended, it’s a huge issue, it needs to be dealt with. I enjoy the site, but the garbage that is shared here at times & it’s just allowed or tolerated here, it’s gotten really ridiculous. Sometimes it is the same image, without text or done with other ponies or oc’s. I am sure there are others here that would like to see something done to such shares & see a rule enacted that does not allow “crapposting”. For a tag to be needed for over 2,000+ images of such to be here, something is wrong & all you mods need to do something to combat it. I’ve sat back & watched for years, I can’t be quiet any longer. If anything, once an image reaches a certain negative number, it should be removed. Just something to think about here, for the betterment of the site & to make this site, again, quoting Dash, 20% cooler.
