Yes I saw the end of the fight again and you’re right Dana didnt put the belt around him.
I havent heard Dana’s excuse but I take the side of Ngannou / fighters in general when it comes to fighter pay.
If what Ngannou says is correct, that UFC forces the fighter into new contract by playing games with them, then that’s kind of sinister, and I don’t like it.

Do you actually believe there is an ongoing “Dana White Privelege” in the UFC because of the ongoing issue between Dana and Francis regarding his contract because they don’t pay him his due like any other fighters in the past?

If you saw correctly, Dana White didn’t wrap the belt around Ngannou which is extremely unusual for him because of this issue.

Also, I saw the new video of Dana explaining why he didn’t do it, I call bs.

Awwwww man I almost forgot that Francis’ stats are all about 100% finish rate. This is now his first win via. decision because prolly the fact that he was injured prior to this fight and Ciryl being very technical.

He sure has performed alot of firsts in this fight. For a man who never did Jiu jitsu in his career, he pulled that off incredibly good and won with a torn knee!

Well. I did not expect that. Ngannou actually won that bout by grappling, of all things.
Didnt even see that usual power shots fly, but he did it.

Round 4: Thudding leg kick by Ngannou. A big teep kick to the chest by Gane. A big body kick by Ngannou. ANOTHER TAKEDOWN BABYYY!!! Ngannou got Gane turtled and peppered with punches. Gane attempted the kimura but could not snatch it. Ngannou with a massive knee to the chest against the fence. Great round by Ngannou.

It is the right thing to do for Gane to try and wear Ngannou down and get him into 4th and 5th rounds. But Ngannou has surprised us with the multiple takedowns. That can help wear him down.

He is doing what Jan did to Izzy.

I got Ngannou round 3 for being dominant on the ground. I wouldnt wanna be the guy getting slammed around by Ngannou.

Round 2: Ngannou flat-footed and conserving his energy. Gane peppering with strikes. A boxing combination landed for Gane. “Bon Gamin” with a ridiculous spinning heel kick but Ngannou ate it. Punch landed for Ngannou. Gane landed a heavy shot and Ngannou reciprocated with an uppercut.
