My previous avatar was also from a leaked episode. Its been from a leaked episode for months. But sure, I’ll change it. It brings up too many questions.

So next week is going to be a Fluttershy episode. I wonder what new and totally fresh thing they’re planning to show us on that episode.

Stellar Flare has a controlling personality. She’s like Starlight from S5 where she demanded absolute control of her village. Firelight would be seen levitating several books from the antiquities section that no one ever goes to. He is a lover of historical knowledge just as Sunburst is a lover of magical knowledge.

I guess you’re one of those that had enough self control not to look at the spoilers. There’s a Starlight and Sunburst episode coming up this season. It gets creepy. Starlight’s dad is a lot like Sunburst. Sunburst’s mom is a lot like Starlight.

Discord’s insecurities ring true. Mainly for people who have a hard time making for “being themselves.” Not everyone will accept you for who you are and before you can find those that will, you gotta put yourself out on the line to get hurt. That’s Discord’s thing with Fluttershy now.

She was good in this episode because she wasn’t bad. Well, it means what it means. Let’s just say if this episode was about Starlight going into the EqG world, she didn’t single handedly beat the bad guy while the main cast is Worfed down to oblivion.
 
A lot of people liked her in Uncommon Bond because you get to see a real actual character in her instead of a story switch like most of the time. She had goals, insecurities and challenges in that episode with a personal stake. Unfortunately this only seems to ever happen when Sunburst is around her. And you can’t have them together all the time because he’s a boy pony. That’s how a baby pony gets made.

Actually, Tsundere refers to a character who pretends to be cold but is in reality very caring. Limestone made no efforts to disguise her concern for her sister. Therefore, she is not a tsundere.

Starlight’s not a main character. She’s an “add on.” If she was a main character, she would’ve been in an important role in the CANON MOVIE.

4chan. Mostly Maudfags who waifu her. I’m now curious what would happen if Starlight got a boyfriend. I mean, side characters are hooking up with some pony. Big Mac now Maud. But that would never happen. I mean its not like Starlight has a male pony friend who she really likes enough to almost destroy the world for and is very insecure about what he thinks about her… Yeah, I can’t think of anyone.

I’m pleased with how Mud Briar was represented. He was, after all, a male character. The way that he was compared to a Geode was interesting. I mean, he’s not pleasant, he’s not good looking and hes strange BUT Maud likes him. People were actually hoping Briar turn out to be “abusive” or “tricked Maud into a relationship with him.” That’s not what he turned out to be at all. This show respects males despite what other people may think.

Hm… Briar vs Zephyr? They’re not the same in many ways. Zephyr was obnoxious but very sympathetic. Briar was not rude but straight forward. I’d still say Briar is way more memorable than Zephyr because of how strange he is.
 
Sadly, we didn’t get to see a lot of interaction between Maud and Briar. Pinkie had way more chemistry with his character only because they cause so much conflict just by breathing the same air.

Now you know what its like to see a second layer added to a character. Some people will cry OOC but no. Pinkie just got more… “human” I guess, that’s the right way to describe it.

My favorite line. Cracked me up. I thought she was gonna say “I hate books” but saying “I never learned to read” is way funnier. Its so stupid.

Starlight was good. She played the role of a friend and only did what she could believably do to help. She didn’t magically spawn wisdom from nowhere giving Pinkie advice about handling a sister who got a boyfriend like she’s experienced it before. It was the Pie sisters that saved the day.

They deliberately made Mud Briar this way to magnify the fandom’s ass pain. They made sure Maud would say “I have a boyfriend” repeatedly with Pinkie going “What?” And then when he’s introduced, they made it look like Maud was pointing to a rock like everyone who never saw the leaks was expecting it to be. And then he stepped out from behind that rock, That presentation made me laugh hard. There was so much effort in it to hammer down the idea that Maud has a legit boyfriend now.

I loved it. Briar was awesome. I lost it when he pulled that vision board thing. I never saw anything like that before used that way. I know people like him but they’re not like that in public. They’re only like that towards people they know and know them. I like the guy. He’s very impressionable. Like Rarity, you hear one line from him and you’ll never forget him. I hope he appears in a speaking role again.
 
I knew Starlight was gonna be in it but if she was the one that pulled that geode metaphor, I would’ve closed the stream.

I don’t care if she shows up. Its what Starlight does that matters. Pinkie has to solve the conflict in some way without assistance from Starlight. Bonus points if Starlight suggests something wrong that makes things worse and Pinkie DOESN’T SAY “Thanks to your wrong advice, Starlight, I figured out the right thing to do.”

Based on the synopsis, it doesn’t really say which characters are going to appear in the episode. Take the Hearts and Hooves Day episode with Big Mac and Sugar Belle. It doesn’t say Discord and Spike get involved along with the CMC. In that regard, I wonder if this coming Maud Couple episode will have Starlight straighten out the problem for everyone by saying something everyone chooses to over look… OR will Pinkie sort out her own dilemma like the competent character that she should be portrayed? Lets see what happens in a few hours.

I don’t think so. I’m not even sure what the lesson is in that episode. Based on the animatic alone, it felt like Maud was growing up while Pinkie was staying as a kid. At least that’s what I got out of it.
 
There’s enough shipping mentions in the H&H Day episode. Scrolls all the way from Sparity to various Sweetie Belle ships to Fluttercord.
