I had to do some digging on this myself, it’s a very obscure reference that is hard to look up. G-3 in this case is Basically a finger condom that is ‘ribbed for her pleasure’.
They range in intensity from G-1 through 3.
I didn’t know about it, it’s not easy to find out about either on a basic search.
