Eeyup.
As someone who is autistic, it never occured to me that Flutters may be autistic.
The wing power was measured by Twilight in the Season 2 Ep 22, Hurricane Fluttershy.
For comparison, Rainbow Dash scored 16.5 and the rest of Ponyville ranged from 5 to 11, most around 8 and 9.
Also it’s fair to mention 2.3 is not her final score, has she managed to pull around 5 when we needed the most, and while it is a small score it is still an huge improvement that everypony can respect. It sure is a wholesome episode.
Edit: It could also be that her presence gave a morale boost to the whole team, have you ever been in a race and when somepony trots ahead of you your energy suddenly returns and you pickup the slack? Either way her presence amounted to 5 wingpower
And we know she is autistic the same way we know she is yellow, it’s an observable quality of hers.

2.3 is her wing power, and yellow autism is just a matter of fact that she is both yellow and autistic.
