It’s easy to read the picture as shipping, but it’s easy enough to read even that comment as otherwise.
I mean, Celestia has to make a lot of am I doing the right thing? decisions, both related to Twilight Sparkle (dangerous missions, plans for princesshood, past failure with Sunset Shimmer) and completely unrelated (I read her gaze as having started on Twilight Sparkle’s face and having drifted to nowhere in particular).
Either works. Or both.
Or maybe she is wondering if it sends the wrong message to let a student sleep in her bed with her.
It makes it sound like Celestia is falling in love with Twilight and wondering if it is right.
Given the previous works of this artist, I will say it’s safe to call this Twilestia.
I think Neko might mean it confuses the context… as in what sort of relationship is being portrayed here.
Really? I figure the description + the expression adds up to something like pensive or some such.
