It was also a runnung gag in the “World’s Worst Fanfic” series, which started out as a parody of some infamously bad fanfics (“Dinobot’s Old Technology” among them, obviously) but evolved into its own weird thing as it went along.
The title of the fanfic in question is actually “Dinobot’s Old Technology”. It even has its own TVtropes page.

“Rhinox is Death” is actually a reference to a particular Transformers fanfic series entitled “the world’s worst fanfic”. Though I suppose the since Rhinox himself is from Beast Wars I need to give you at least partial credit.
