Actually the boobs are a little on the big side, at least for sticking out at that angle. Unless Pinkamena’s got some major push-up support, her chest should realistically hang down a bit lower.
 
However, dsagent IS a fool. Pinkamena’s chest is not out-of-proportion to her body—I’ve met girls with similar measurements. The only anatomical complaints I have are her neck (too long), her nose (oddly flat), and her nipples are probably placed too high.
 
There is a fine line between big and too big. This pic doesn’t even come close to it.
