You have to use dream-logic here. Apple Bloom is playing out her anxiety over possibly being rejected by her friends; being kicked out of the CMCs means being kicked out of their clubhouse as well.
Oh god, I remember when I saw this episode. I laughed so hard at this part.
You forget that the CMC won sovereign rights to the clubhouse land in the great apple war of 09.
The clubhouse is on Sweet Apple Acres. You don’t have the right to kick Apple Bloom out.
