Relax.
 
John had only ever heard it used sarcastically and had never done it himself. But now that he was here, he wasnt sure he liked it. Rarity had insisted on him joining her and Sweetie for a weekend trip to a favorite spot by the lake, and he couldnt refuse. He enjoyed their company, certainly, but he liked it more when they could actually do something.
 
That morning, they went down to shore and lay around in the sun. This afternoon, they returned home, made lunch, and lay around inside. If today was going to be anything like yesterday, that evening they would go on the deck and lay around on the chairs. With this much inaction, he felt like he should be in cryo.
 
Still, despite his misgivings, the plushness of the couch was beginning to overtake him , even through his armor. Maybe this vacation thing wasnt so bad-

Ahh, there she was. His constant white shadow. Sweetie Belle might have hated the stillness more than him. At the beach, she would splash in the surf and build things in the sand (she had quite a little village going on by now). In the cabana, she was never far away from on of the vast array of toys she managed to stuff in her bag. He was always amused at her acting and sound effects. It was quite the drama she was writing. The evil King T-Rex had taken over the land of Livangrum, and only the brave Buzz Lightyear and his faithful companion Batmare could save Princess Bigeyes and the world!
 
But, sweetie had other things in mind right now. John, can we go to the beach? Please? Raritys being a lazy butt and wont take me. he considered this for a bit, then looked her in the eyes.
 
Those big, sparkling green eyes.
 
They both knew his answer.
