Well the video entirely occurs at SAA, the joke being AJ’s strength and what it can do.
The thing is, Fluttershy’s strength (or often lack thereof), is its own joke. Going seemingly nothing and getting all the apples, or doing seemingly a LOT and getting one and being pleased with herself, is a joke by itself.
Getting clobbered by apples would be unusual for her, especially since it would promote “tree violence” for somepony who’d like to be a tree.
