Really, she looks like a popped baloon.
It’s partially because the shadows don’t help, partially because her head is much bigger than NMM’s, and lastly because the lines seem to follow a flat perspective.
Plus, NMM doesn’t cast a shadow on her (or on anything else).
The rest is fine, I’d start fixing those details…
