I have to wonder what the contents of that book actually are, to have even mortal enemies scrambling up to each other just to have a look in it.

The elements of harmony, and most of the other defenders of Equestria are kidnapped by an unfathomable evil that simply is nopony, something that exceeds mere imagination
 
Luna and Celestia would need to assemble the only beings in existence with the power and abilities to fight this new evil…bringing SS from human world, convincing a crazy Discord, recruiting Chrysalis, searching for the legendary Scorpan, resurrecting King Sombra, and in the midst of desperation, freeing Tyrek from Tartarus, all to join forces and fight evil unto evil.
 
Ar they Bad Enough Dudes to rescue the elements of Harmony?

Oh, I hadn’t even thought about it, but we have six archvillains now to counter the Mane 6. If they faced off together against the ponies, how would they pair out?
 
Discord and Pinkie Pie (Malice vs Playfulness)  
Nightmare Moon and Rarity (Selfishness vs Generosity)  
King Sombra and Fluttershy (Cruelty vs Kindness)  
Chrysalis and Applejack (Deceit vs Honesty)

Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle (Magic vs Magic?)

Now if only… this would be the most powerful and badass team of six superbeings working together for a common goal…with Sunset Shimmer as team sidekick.
