If they were in school together and knew each other, that means they were in the same grade. It was pretty obviously implied that the Flight Camp was an extension of their Flight School, just during the Summer. Therefore, Fluttershy was in the same grade as Dashie.

I did see it, they said NOTHING about the camp, only that they used to bully her, that was it.  
You are dead set on trying to make people think you are right with no evidence to back it up, even with evidence to prove you wrong is out fourth.

Dude, watch the episode again. Rainbow Dash sees the bullies that used to make fun of her from the camp and they continue to call her Rainbow Crash and bring up memories of when they were kids. Yes, they did talk about it there.
