Eyes aren’t the most secure prisons. Letting your enemy into a sensitive sense organ doesn’t seem like the wisest tactical decision in the world. Even with magical reinforcement, Sombra is a very skilled wizard in his own right.
 
In short, Celly’s probably going to need an eyepatch soon. Unless the physical harm entanglement is in place, in which case, Sombra’s kind of stuck.
