There’s a lot of wiggle room in that one. It’s not necessarily binding, and even if it is it could simply mean what it says at face value, that Twilight’s still mortal or does not have complete immortality.

I’d imagine immortality would be best managed by finding something else to do every so often. Obviously, the more the world changed around you, the easier this would be.
 
But I will grant that having your butt glued to the same throne until the end of time could reach red-alert levels of tedium. I’ve said it before, the Princesses probably need a day off every once in a while, and I hope they’re able to get it so they don’t snap.
