Milky plush maker here. Just to clarify, she was not bought by a company, I’ve spoken with her owner. The company only eye-balled my pattern from the images (badly). My roomate bought me one, I call her lizard face.

It’s in the source. But they show up at ebay and such places from time to time too.  
Just don’t pay too much.

That manufacturer actually buys hand made plushes off eBay and uses them to make patterns to reproduce them. Their Luna and their Milky Way were both originally listen on eBay from plushy artists, were won by this company for hundreds of dollars (over $1000 for Milky Way) and then used to make many, many copies.
 
Kind of a shame that original art is being torn down to make mass production patterns, but I guess it’s good for the fans wanting cheaper plushies of this quality.
 
Oh, and they list both bid and buy it now auctions on eBay. Just wait if you want a Buy It Now for about $30. The bid ones always trick people into paying more for the same product.

Actually, you can buy it directly from the manufacturer’s site for 26$ including shipping.

I think the idea is that it’s being sold in a country where you can’t get ahold of these plushies easily. In that case, you can expect things to end up going for about ten times the retail price.

Wow, that is completely gorgeous. The price looks just about right for that size and quality.
