I don’t see how they can be sexy.
For the same reason that boots are a fetish for some. Or lacy underwear. Or latex. Or fat people. Or tall people. Or big ears. Or small ears. Or long legs. Or school-girl outfits. Or anything.
It’s possible that a behavioural psychologist specialising in human sexuality could you tell what that reason actually is. But then again, possibly not.
That aside, one does not need a sock fetish to appreciate that cute pastel ponies in cute socks look cute. ^_^
