That’s just part of his design. Even with his suit on in S1, he had lines under his eyes.
Well he WAS ill in Rainbow Falls, who says he’s fully recivered yet?
maybe, earlier season Soarin always had his suit on so we couldnt see, maybe it;ll be a seaon 5 plot point?
Sunlight made a reappearance!
