In America. You can find her in a package (with other characters) that is sold at Toys R’ Us. Hasbro also released a small blindbag figure of her, that’s hard to find here in America.
By better, I mean Hasbro could have made the figure better. It’s really just like the brushable Celestia figure, only recolored to be like Chrissy.
