I think you may find it useful to think; “Sleeping at night for me” rather than the other thing. Thoughts attract.
Yeah, it is… that’s why I said “less all-nighters for me”
I’ve heard that sleeping at night rather than doing all-nighters can be of good use for school work, Making things more productive.
Well, since my last post, my holidays have finished, and so I must continue with my education, which means less all-nighters for me. But on average, I get around 5-6 hours sleep a day… when I don’t have to be up the next day though, I have been known to sleep for 12, 13.. sometimes even 14 hours. My sleeping pattern is non-existant… which I would imagine isn’t all that healthy.. but meh.
Night owl? How long have you slept regularly (lately and about on average,) Then?

I mean 10:30-10:44ish AM, Not PM.
Oh, that was just the time I regually go to bed… The latest I’ve stayed up is around 5pm the next afternoon… I haven’t managed a full 24 hours yet… but I’m working on it.
I stayed up one night clear up until about 10:30 or 10:44ish, When my Father called me asking me to go get the mail.
But, Sleep allows dreams.
Pfft… 3 am is an early night for me… try 7 or 8… sometimes even 9 am the next morning.

I had gone to bed before 10 PM the past two nights prior to this though and it felt nice to get rest that early.
