I have no idea why it is not working, then.
It’s saved as a .jpg.
Is it saved as a .jpg, .jpeg, or .bmp?
It tells me “Avatar trying to download a file which is not served over HTTP”.
If you are using Windows, paste it into Microsoft Paint, zoom out until the image is smaller, use the Snipping Tool (another application which is not in Paint) to copy it, and save it as a file. Then use this file as your profile icon.

You can try to get a smaller version of it, or edit it yourself to reduze the size.
Theres your problem.
