You can her a hoof like you can hurt a fingernail. Also, there’s a little piece at the bottom of a hoof called the “frog” or “grove,” and that has nerve endings. It’s at the very back of the hoof and is very small, though.

If it can be filled and chewed on like a finger nail (that’s what a hoof basically is - a very bony, hard fingernail of a horse) then I doubt you’d get a reaction like that (points at the picture) ESPECIALLY since the part anon is touching has no nerve endings what-so-ever. Now, if he touched the grove, that might make a bit of sense, but COME ON. They’re not even sensitive in the show. That’s like thinking every time she kicked EVER would send her into orgasmic bliss, which we’ve seen RD kick A LOT in the show.

They obviously did, considering in the actual show, their hooves are just flat, marshmallow-shaped cylinders. If anything this is a step up in realism.

He’s touching the sole of the hoof. Sole: hard bony bottom of the hoof. They’re made to be hard as steel sometimes, and it’s a medical condition if it gets soft. So….
