No, but an Echidna’s quills are solid, unlike a ponies’ mane. And besides, aside from Mogul he’s basically the closest thing to a god already. Hell, he’s been god twice.
He doesn’t need wings to glide as an Echidna, though.
If you are going by the games, then he’s not shown as stupid but gullible, the games really don’t show him any more or less intelligent then Sonic, and most of what makes him gullible is from cutting himself off for the rest of the world.
Possibly, but I’m mainly going by the games, where Knuckles is often portrayed as being kind of stupid.
I’ve never read any of the comics, so I wouldn’t know how things are in them.
In fact if I remember right, Knuckles and Tails have about the same IQ but Tails in focused on technological and Knuckle on mystic arts.
Knuckles’ primary characteristic may be his strength and stubbornness but in a lot of things he is show to be pretty smart, so he can fit as a unicorn as well, in the Archie comics he was trained by his father and made to study a lot at a young age, and from something his father did he had a grater capacity mentally then most echidna.
