Way to piss off the ruler of the realm that’s a hell of a lot powerful than you are, Shimmer.
The story is supposed to be 8 pages of the comic in total, and these preview pictures I doubt have revealed all 8. I don’t think we can jump the gun just yet.
Get over yourself, you pathetic neckbeard.
All I really want is to see is a solid explanation to how that kind of transformation occurs, like if there is some kinds of conditions and all that…
QUICK WE MUST MAKE pony that’s completely opposite to Twicorn so maybe people forget about how we fucked up one of the most popular characters in show
Most important to me is that apparently alicorns can turn others into alicorns. I don’t like that idea. Maybe it’s just Sunset without her facts correct.
It does indeed give Celestia reason to try different tactics. Though I hesitate to make it sound like Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle were all that similar.
Even before she made friends, Twilight was kind and respectful. She just didn’t share the same interests. There seems to be something broken in Shimmer. Some shell that keeps her from empathizing with others, even a little. I hope we’ll see more of her history even after this comic, as she can be a wonderful foil for Twilight.
If anything, it gives more reason why Celestia tells Twilight “Go make friends” - as to avoid becoming too selfish and vain, even if Twilight had Equestria’s best interests in mind.
I’m also burnt out on all this talk about “earning” a princess title. At the end of the day, the princesses we’ve seen thus far just delegate the adventure to “common” ponies. I don’t see the big appeal.
Have we been watching the same show? It’s been this way since day one.
yes, both are cliches.
I still don’t buy it. I will leave my comment at that as the Twilicorn/Twilight Alicorn thing has been discussed to death and I do want to spare the others in chat what has already been repeated, as nauseam mind you.
At least it would be a slightly better one.
And the official version isn’t?
coughclichecough
Looks more like she’s trying to stop him from beating her lights out for flinging a book at the princess.
Exactly my point.
If I were to write Sunset’s character, I probably would have written her as a pony similar to Twilight, constantly trying to win the approval of Celestia and proving her worth, but going about it the wrong way.
