No. Pinkie having DID is something later authors tacked on to “explain” the Cupcakes story. Some artists will also draw killer PP with her straight hair, but in the original story she had her normal bouncy hair.
“Generally” implies “usually”. Pinkie Pie isn’t usually evil thus she isn’t generally evil.

I never said what Pinkie Pie was doing wasn’t evil.
As far as I was ever aware, the original story makes absolutely no attempt to explain or rationalize Pinkie’s actions, so the comic has an open slate in that regard. But based on the scenes earlier with Luna talking about it, I don’t think possession is going to be the answer, though one of yours might be.
