As I remember I saw this flag as greysexual alt on lgbtq wikis. By the way greysexual belongs to asexual spectrum. Maybe they means this ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The artist replied to a comment calling it an acespec flag, so that seems to be intention at the very least.
