“Cleavage… cleavage everywhere…”
Originally conceived by @druzsea, the famous “shirt cut meme” first emerged back in 2021. (I guess I didn’t really realize it’s been around that long…) It’s gone through hundreds of iterations. And although it was basically everywhere you looked, it was never a meme I personally indulged in.
As much as I don’t necessarily want to be known exclusively for badonkas, it has become quite apparent that I have honed my skills enough to be somewhat recognized for it (I’m constantly finding my stuff being tagged something along the lines of “big breasts” or “busty [insert character]” over on derpi)… At the same time tho, I admittedly do enjoy drawing my women a little curvy. It’s just a stylistic choice.
Between this meme overlapping with my artistic tendencies, and the fact that it was such a massive phenomenon I never joined in on before, I just sorta went for it. I am fully embracing the reality that I will never not be a little late for these sorts of art challenges… so I’ve decided to backtrack! As long as the internet never dies, memes will never die.
There have already been a few versions of this challenge involving Fluttershy, but it’s generally within context of her alongside the rest of the Mane 6. Less often does she get the focus.
The outfits featured here are either outfits I have drawn her in before, or outfits I’ve wanted to draw her in for a while:
The “inner sideboob” outfit is Based off of the “dangerous mission outfit” from the FiM episode, ‘Magic Duel’.
The “boob window” outfit originated from a Valentines Day piece I did awhile back, while her hairdo was designed after her ‘Bishoujo Kotobukiya’ statue counterpart.
The “underboob” outfit was primarily inspired by this piece, with just a dash of this piece sprinkled in (thank you CalmBreezes and MixiePie ^^).
Finally, the “free space” outfit is based off of another one of EFK-San’s designs.
You’ll never guess where I got the first outfit from.
This was a pretty big project. I might do another one of these Twitter/X style art challenges, maybe…

Drawing boobs is just part of drawing women. Some people are just naturally curvy, and you capture that really well.
Your style’s great in my opinion, but keep doing what you like!
