Villain decay is great but they kind of just made him from a guy who likes to laugh and do goofy things to someone with a severe co-dependency problem and toxic traits. Like Fluttershy, Starlight, Trixie, Spike, and Big Mac are supposed to be friends with him but nothing really points to WHY they are friends with him tbh, its just them subjecting themselves to unhealthy traits.
I totally agree! I’m a big fan of villain decay, but he was honestly at his most engaging when he was like this. I think the art does a rlly good job of capturing that as well.
I miss dark, enigmatic evil Discord. He was fantastic in S02, that was his best. I still love him afterwards, tho.

I was listening to the old Living Tombstone song because a bunch of my friends who dont watch the show said that was their first exposure to discord so I kinda used it as inspiration. Lol
