The toys for MLP have always sucked.
As long as the movie’s good, I don’t care.
And besides, these are prototypes. Odds are the finished product will be much better.
I never cared for the toys, but…yeah, these do look awful.
As for the movie, the trailer raised my expectations…a LOT.Still, can’t judge what isn’t out yet.
I am seeing a lot fewer people rushing to that photo’s defense than I would have expected. I wonder if Lauren Faust tweeting about it has anything to do with it, or if it really is so bad that even EQG’s staunchest defenders are having a hard time coming up with excuses for it.
